Other Supplies Needed:
Drill (for Holes in Banner)
Powder Blush & Cotton Swab
Ribbon
Black Fine Tip Marker
INSTRUCTIONS:
For best results, please read all instructions before beginning project. 
Need to drill a hole in top portion of banners.
Snow Man Tag:
Banner: Paint top portion of banner Honey Brown. Paint Icing border along the jagged edge Snow White. Hair is Snow White. Blush cheeks with powder blush using a cotton swab. Eyes and Dots for mouth are Black. Nose is Primary Red. Highlight cheeks, nose and eyes with Snow White. Add ribbon to make Tag Tie.

Gingerbread Man Tag:
Banner: Paint top portion of banner Snow White. Paint border along the jagged edge Sapphire with a Snow White stripe down middle. Blush cheeks with powder blush using a cotton swab. Eyes are Black. Nose is Jack O' Lantern Orange, shaded with Burnt Sienna. Highlight cheeks, nose and eyes with Snow White. Draw mouth with Black fine tip marker. Add ribbon to make Tag Tie.
